間歇性斷食的運動 - 健身

目前在執行16/8的斷食
已經差不多要三周了,但還沒什麼成效,體脂大概降1,體重也是大概降1
我大概都是
一週2~3次早上運動(約禁食的第12~13小時)
運動後喝拿鐵(約禁食的第14個小時)
進食窗口後開始吃食物
我上網看了一下,大部分都是在進食後運動、或者進食窗口內
但我都是在禁食的最後一些時間運動
不知道這樣可不可以
以及
雖然拿鐵犯規..但真的滿需要咖啡開始一天..
如果都是低脂牛奶/脫脂牛奶的話有沒有好一點,
還是真的需要嚴格執行才會看到成效?
