兩個多月來的心得 - 美體

今天早上起床量了體重,是69.1公斤,
前前後後量了五次,五次結果都一樣,
沒錯!兩個多月來,我已經瘦了4公斤了 ya!
這是第一次認真的開始減肥計畫,
從決心要開始減肥的那天起,就開始自炊生活,
因為一開始沒有電鍋,所以過著無米飯的無澱粉生活(別鞭我)
實在是太痛苦了!!我真的無法忍受自己不吃飯,
所以砸錢買了一台電鍋...現在每天都開心的吃著飯 XD
飲食也都認真計算,克制在基代+100~200的範圍,
嘛...只有幾天去吃吃到飽破戒過XDDDD
原本所採取的運動是快走,但是在操場連續走40幾分鐘真的很乏味...
於是乎,我又砸錢買了雜牌的踏步機想一邊看電視一邊運動 XD
一開始只能踏2000下,就覺得自己快升天了...
在經歷這兩個多月的生活下來,現在在相同時間內已經能踏到4000下了,
每次踏完都汗狂滴,爽!
我想,減肥最重要的關鍵就是改變生活習慣,
飲料、雞排 byebye 開始保持運動習慣!
雖然才瘦了區區4公斤,跟我的目標還差了很多倍,
我會繼續努力的,keep going!
瘦到65的時候,我一定要吃雞排慶祝一下!!哈
