兩個月消大肚子 - 減肥

在這個版潛水很久了
參考了許多人的減肥心得
發現所有共通點就是吃對東西多運動
而不是少吃東西又不運動
而我五月中為了健美比賽
在大約兩個多月以前開始消脂
體重從85降到69(含賽前脫水)
體重不是重點
而是體態
減肥顧名思義減體內過多的脂肪
肥減了體重自然就減了
而不是一味的追求數字遊戲
版面底下精華區提供了很多資訊
都是很正確的觀念
希望大家能多看看也跟身邊想減肥的朋友分享正確的觀念
有正確的減肥觀念才會有健康的身體
