兩個月減肥心得 - 減肥

兩個月了,來回報一下結果。
3/8 5/14
體重(公斤) 54 52.2
下胸圍(cm) 75 75
腰圍(cm) 70.5 68.5
臀圍(cm) 92.5 90
大腿圍(cm) 54.5 52
小腿(cm) 33.5 33.5
手臂(cm) 25 24.5
體脂率 29.9% 27.8%
骨骼肌率 25.4% 26.4%
最主要的心得就是:只要持續的動!效果就一定會出來!
最近的早餐是吃special K加300ml的豆漿或低脂牛奶, 或是吃火腿蛋吐司
午餐吃自助餐三菜一肉或一塊四格豆腐,另外加上一碗白飯
晚餐則是吃蔬菜麵或素食水餃加燙青菜
餐間肚子餓的話會吃ㄧ份優格或水果或御飯糰充飢
運動則是每星期四次的阻力訓練,每次約30分鐘
每星期四天快走一小時
睡前會作跪式伏地挺身及仰臥起坐(次數增加中)
雖然體重下降得慢,之前在52.7停了一個月,但是我的腹肌已經摸得出來了!
二頭肌的線條也看得到了!
相信持續下去,我一定可以達到夢想中的體脂率!
