之前跑步太頻繁了 所以導致膝蓋不是很好
只要跑超過60分鐘就會開始痛><
所以現在改用游泳的方式
想說靠游泳來減肥 希望腿可以變細一點
結果游了幾周下來 我發現我腿沒變細 然後手臂變粗
我就問我同學 到底游泳可不可以減肥阿? 因為我是以自由式為主
結果她跟我說" 我不知道游自由式可不可以減肥,但我知道可以健身"
聽完瞬間晴天霹靂!!!!!!!!!!!!
"健身 健身 健身 健身........................."
差點沒昏倒
結果瘦身沒成功 腿還是一樣粗 然後本來瘦的手臂反而也變粗了
真的是欲哭無淚的感覺耶
我本來還寄望游泳的說 嗚.........真難過
上周我妹看到我手臂 還說" 你手臂真的變粗了,我好懷念你以前那超細的手臂
到此為止就好 不可以再粗了"
囧 手臂粗細還要被我妹管 真無言
慢跑 快走 怕有蘿蔔腿
游泳怕變壯 手臂變粗
那是說不要運動每天不吃飯最有效果嗎?
真的不知道該怎麼辦才好 唉 心情真差........
