作為一個上班族
我公司是9點上班
六點下班
平日1.3.5晚上都有補習
8點~10點
(所以通常都是下班摸一下 就去補習班了 有時會在附近逛一下
不然花半小時回家 再花半小時出門 感覺沒有比較休息到
有想過下班後先去做些別的事 但帶著包包有點重 又不能隨便亂丟)
然後這兩個月(5.6月)
要上公司的培訓課程
所以2.4晚上也要上課 7點~10點
六日也要上整天 9點~4點
請問
我該拿什麼時間運動呢 T^T
有想過早上起來跑步
但是每天上班都已經快遲到了
目前大概還無法早起
也想過六日下課後晚上運動
可是好像健身中心週末晚上都沒有活動
(私心的很想參加有氧舞蹈之類的課 滿喜歡的)
然後 我耳朵不好 所以不能游泳
(戴耳塞也沒用 從小就被醫生宣判耳朵不能碰到水)
我也不會騎腳踏車 怎麼騎怎麼摔 更不用說騎在馬路上了 超級危險
(大概是耳朵不好 連帶的平衡感也不好)
我有一個練健身的朋友
又一直說女生最好不要跑步 會長小腿肌 BLABLA的
(我不知道這觀念是對的嗎!? 我個人是不排斥跑步啦)
辦公室坐久了 年紀有點大了(也才25)
突然覺得自己身體很差
應該要有固定運動習慣才對
請板上各為提供我意見吧
