我開始減肥已經兩年了,從原本106kg到最瘦77kg,每天都跑跑步機1小時,重訓半小時,已持續兩年
但這幾個月開始停滯,不管增加騎腳踏車依然不降反升...兩個月內又胖回81了...
我早中晚餐都正常吃,少油,無糖,飯也只吃半碗,跟之前沒差別,但為何還是復胖...好想去看醫生...心情好差...
