六分鐘跑1200m的呼吸法 - 健身

因為兩個禮拜後有體能考試,
要6分30秒跑完1200公尺,
今天終於雨停所以就敢快去附近的操場跑,
第一次測6分25秒跑完,
但為了保險想在這兩個禮拜內練到接近6分。
我是女生,平日不常運動也沒有研究換氣方法,
本來想用"吸吸吐吐"的方式,
但在真正跑的時候呼吸有點亂,
大概只能"吸吐吸吐",請問這樣是正確的方式嗎?
因為勉強跑完實在是很難受。
配速的話,前600公尺大約能維持在3分鐘跑完,但後600就沒辦法 >"<
我這兩個禮拜想每天去練習,
請問一天練一次的話夠嗎?
考前喝提神飲料有用嗎?
