板上傳統硬舉500kg巨巨們好
想跟大家們討論一下六角槓硬舉的問題
我自己髖的活動度不好
傳統硬舉110kg
相撲硬舉140kg
可是我六角槓硬舉卻可以187kg 1rm
而且相較前兩項
六角槓讓我不用擔心髖的活動度問題
能夠讓下背以及大腿的力量完全發揮
實在是拉的很開心很舒服
但是感覺行程比較短(?)
同時因為rm突破這麼多而有一種不踏實感
請問六角槓硬舉的成績能夠當作硬舉成績嗎?
算不算作弊呢?
