其實少吃幾天就好 - 減肥

生完以後我的體重居高不下,
許多人都要我減肥
生完小孩壓力大, 腦筋動得又少, 很自然把壓力轉向吃東西這種單純的事情
人家說餵母奶會瘦, 我一點都沒瘦,
人家說帶小孩沒空吃飯, 但我一有空就大吃大喝,
人家說睡眠不足會被操到瘦, 但網路上說睡眠不足會胖真是深得我心
在家裡沒人管就隨便拿老公的衣服穿, 隨便套套一定穿得下
後來, 八個月後回去工作
許多以前的衣服都穿不下
半年來我試過很多方法
不吃中餐 --> 餓到不能工作只好跑去 7-11 花個十分鐘偷吃泡麵
不吃晚餐 --> 到了十一二點反而大吃大喝
吃減肥餐 --> 更不可能那一點點份量看了就要餓死
後來因為賺了錢想亂花, 買了一台三萬塊的果汁機
早上打精力湯喝 --> 半飽 --> 早餐只吃一半
到了中午, 想說早餐都只吃一半了, 吃個七分飽就好,
撐了一個下午也不餓, 晚餐就也只吃一半
這樣過了一周
很神奇, 食量自動縮小... 體重還看不出來但肚子的確小了
食量如果持續下去, 我想也沒啥好擔心的, 遲早會瘦吧~~
希望可以維持下去!!
