: 後來因為賺了錢想亂花, 買了一台三萬塊的果汁機
: 早上打精力湯喝 --> 半飽 --> 早餐只吃一半
: 到了中午, 想說早餐都只吃一半了, 吃個七分飽就好,
: 撐了一個下午也不餓, 晚餐就也只吃一半
: 這樣過了一周
: 很神奇, 食量自動縮小... 體重還看不出來但肚子的確小了
: 食量如果持續下去, 我想也沒啥好擔心的, 遲早會瘦吧~~
: 希望可以維持下去!!
少吃的副作用在我身上血淋淋的存在著
我基代很低,52kg上下的體重,基礎代謝只有一千一多一點
這還是我有努力過的結果,我相信前幾年一定更低
但是我是不自覺的變成這樣的
從小我是屬於那種難養的小孩,就是不愛吃飯.沒食欲
上高中前都一直在吃調養脾胃的中藥
不知道是不是長年一直在餓自己的關係,我根本沒有餓的感覺
會知道餓是因為血糖低,頭暈+手發抖
學生時代傻傻的,低血糖就喝個甜的救急一下,反正我討厭吃東西
還曾經說過希望人類也可以行光合作用這種話--->現在想起來很不可思議
一天吃個一餐(還份量很少),其他都用甜食or飲料打發也是常有的
出社會之後還是會一天吃一餐,而且還吃垃圾食物,最常吃鹹酥雞當一餐
這種生活習慣一直持續到我25歲(今年29yr)
而且我當時很瘦!!大約只有43kg上下(身高158cm)
因為體力很差,當然也完全不運動
20~25歲間有開始比較喜歡吃東西,因為愛美食的老公一直勸誘我
但我一直沒辦法改掉我的生活習慣
大約三年前學了瑜珈,開始意識到健康的重要
才一步一步改掉不好的生活習慣(晚睡還在努力改當中)
但我那時候大概比先前體重暴增10kg,而且我相信都是脂肪
我這三年來雖然體重沒有減輕,10kg還在,但是之前真的看起來很胖
52kg上下看起來應該有超過55....
現在就看起來好多了,至少我還穿的下48kg時買的牛仔褲
(因為當時是很多脂肪的48kg....)
同條褲子,之前我硬擠進去可是緊到肚子痛的,現在是剛好合身不用憋氣
只是我基代還是很低,體脂還是很高,所以才會上來發求救文
希望可以讓自己更健康一點
不然我默默潛水很久了,很怕被罵為什麼之前要吃很少
(從小就不愛吃東西,我也不曉得為什麼....)
現在是不在乎體重,但是我很在乎高體脂跟腹部囤積的脂肪
我知道自己底子不好,也希望培養體力+多運動,
但應該要付出比別人更多的努力跟時間
希望妳不要變成像我這樣
