再讓我瘦26公斤 - 減肥

基本資料(最瘦時期:18y/178cm/72kg;最胖時期:21y/179cm/101kg)

三餐內容
早餐:無糖豆漿+飯糰/三明治/莎拉/鍋貼*6/水煎包*3(大)/水煎包*6(小)/麵一碗/蛋餅
(通常是無糖豆漿配上一樣東西,但不一定是特定東西,這格很難填)
午餐:便當一個(青菜會用熱水過油、主菜的肉類通常會直接吃掉)
晚餐:晚上六點後不吃東西(因為一四要練球,二五要重訓,三會去跑體能)
其他:通常練完球或跑完體能會吃一顆芭樂加上一瓶寶礦力水得補充體力,如果重訓的話
就是無糖豆漿加上兩顆茶葉蛋但是我不吃蛋黃!
日常作息時間 :這點不一定,但儘量是維持在二十四點左右躺平,大概八點左右起床!
禮拜一到禮拜五:
08.00 起床
08.00~18.30 or 19.00 早餐、上課、午餐、念書、休閒、休息
18.30~19.00 or 22.00 大量的運動(通常禮拜三沒有做那麼劇烈,只會去跑個四千公尺)
22.00~24.00 運動完後吃點小東西(如上述)、洗澡、念書、作瑣事、休息
24.00~01.00 大概會在床上攤平
禮拜六日:
作息就會有點不正常,所以不一定,但固定會在二十三點左右會去跑兩千公尺。
生活型態 :大學生
運動習慣:
禮拜一跟禮拜四晚上跟著教練練籃球時間大概是晚上六點半到十點,練球前先跑兩千公尺(
而且這個兩千公尺教練會要求我們在十分鐘內跑完,不過我的體力不好,跑完大都已經十
一分鐘半了)、練完球後再跑三千公尺,心跳部分就真的沒有特別去測量,不過自己去摸脈
搏大概有達到一百三十五左右,回來後都會累的跟狗一樣,洗完澡就會睡了! <有氧運動>
禮拜二跟禮拜五會跟著教練作重訓,每一組要做幾下都是跟著教練的步驟,所以也是很累
,而且做重訓前還會先跑四千公尺,我通常都跑很慢,以不停下來為主。重訓完畢後還會
作一些基本的有氧運動,所以回來後依然累的跟狗一樣!時間一連串下來大概是晚上七點到
十點。<無氧運動加部分有氧運動>
禮拜三晚上會自己出去跑四千公尺! <有氧運動>
禮拜六日是休息時間,通常這兩天只會跑兩千公尺! <有氧運動>
PS.現在有計畫要每天早上都去晨泳,不知道這樣的運動量,大概要加上多少公尺的晨泳才
夠呢?
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
其實我減肥已經快一個月了,雖然有從一百公斤瘦下來,大概是兩個禮拜就瘦了五公斤,
但是前兩個禮拜一天只有吃一餐,現在卻遇到了傳說中的撞牆期,體重已經卡一個禮拜掉
不下來了!讓我感到有點沮喪,現在想說要不要加大運動量去晨泳一到兩個小時這樣,不知
道游泳方面,各位有甚麼樣的建議?比較讓我擔心的是,游完泳就想吃東西的狀況我也有,
要補充怎麼樣的營養比較好呢?以免到時候晨泳完吃早餐就吃超多,這樣反而更慘!還有飲
食方面,這要懇請板娘幫我算一下下了。拜託!最後重訓完後可以吃兩顆不含蛋黃的茶葉蛋
補充蛋白質嗎?現在主要是希望可以趕快度過撞牆期並且調節飲食內容,繼續瘦下去!希望
可以瘦到六十九公斤!
