外宿生活又能省錢的減肥嗎~"~? - 減肥

之前有在隔壁板發問 之後才發現此版=_='
我是外宿生又想要減肥(164cm,73~74kg)
我想跟大家討論一下我目前所實施的方案
先說我目前已經每日運動近一個月了但還沒有很明顯的改變
所以我在想是不是我吃太多了= ='我三餐都有正常吃也有午點時刻...
但是我的運動好像做太少了??
我是傍晚都會到操場先走兩圈在開始慢跑一圈走一圈(400公尺一圈)
大概都會慢跑個7圈左右(加7圈用走)這樣好像都不到板上其他人的圈數=..=
所以是不是我該吃少一點?或是在多跑一點呢?? ><
下面是我修改後的菜單~請各位幫我評評!!
早餐:
(1)全麥吐司x3和無糖豆漿20$(如果賣完了就是早餐店的一般豆漿10$或水)
(2)饅頭夾蛋20$和無糖豆漿20$(如果賣完了就是早餐店的一般豆漿10$或水)
中餐:
(1)燒臘的菜飯(四菜)40$
(2)燒臘的油雞便當(四菜一肉)60$
(3)任種麵類炒麵或湯麵
晚餐:
我之前有想過晚餐煮雞絲麵(電池爐)吃但雞絲麵好像很油?
所以我想如果是(自備)桂格3合1燕麥加幾片蘇打餅乾呢? 可行嗎?
不然之前我覺得我晚餐好像都吃太多了= =' (運動完才吃晚餐)
之前晚餐是麵類配高麗菜(吃完會感到肚子很飽)
我今天這樣吃燕麥配幾片蘇打感覺有飽!! 所以問問可不可行
還是各位大大給個意見@@ 還能怎麼吃.....先謝謝各為了!
