這....
本來我拍了一些肩膀跟手臂的靜態伸展動作
(算一算好像共做了 13 個!?)
然後把影片弄到 M$ 的 movie maker 裡編輯
結果我弄完想說要輸出 裡面有個選項是"直接上傳youtube"
我一按下去
冏.....跳出 "Movie Maker has stopped working" 的訊息
然後就...沒了...
我沒有存檔 ....T_T
我要去吃早餐洩憤....然後回來挑戰瑜伽裡的蠍子式(哼就一直摔吧!)
