我今天成功踏出第一步
本身自己已經很瘦了(170/58)
但肚子肥肉太多 所以決定跑步 之後再仰臥起坐
今天在國中操場一圈200
一開始我硬撐撐到10圈 過程都是慢跑
後來走一圈 再慢跑5圈 再走一圈
後來就不曉得為什麼15圈嘎上了((比以上15圈還要舒服 可能突撞牆期了
所以總共慢跑30圈
當時我跑完真的快哭 因為我從來沒有突破自己過
突破自己很開心
對不起離題
我想問的是我接下來2天一次以上的過程
是否有效瘦肚子 好讓肌肉練起來??
PS我現在腳很難抬起來......
