昨天跟巷口違規出來左轉的機車相撞
兩個膝蓋都掉了一層皮 5*5的人工皮不夠貼就算了
不斷流出的組織液乾了之後 我一動傷口就裂開
持續3個多月的減肥大計現在也只能暫時中止
然後我跟男友說可能一陣子不能去運動了 他說我在找藉口
說膝蓋受傷還是可以做別的動作比如說仰臥起坐或是伸展之類的(仰臥起坐我每天都有做)
可是我左手掌跟右手臂都有扭傷跟挫傷 我真的覺得他很強人所難
後來他叫我養傷期間少吃不要復胖 我說我都沒有少吃過
我都吃早餐店的早餐+自助餐店的午餐+家裡煮的晚餐+水果
就靠幾乎天天去跳有氧舞蹈+街舞 體脂從26->23 體重掉很少才4公斤
幾乎很多人說減肥的大忌:不能碰蛋餅 不能吃炒飯之類的東西我都沒有刻意避免
想吃什麼就吃什麼 運動完餓了也不會忍 也許就是這樣所以瘦很慢
可是我覺得過得很舒服 ... 現在受傷一定會休息 但是男友講的話我現在越來越不爽
我真的覺得他很機X 都會說"妳減肥是為自己不要為我"云云
可是我不得不休息他又跳出來說我趁機偷懶 我根本沒有阿
我超愛跳舞的耶! 連我爸媽知道我晚上幾點要上街舞都會跟我說
"晚餐不用煮 要出門快出門"
總之就是抱怨一下 減完肥想把男友也順便減掉 我現在157 52KG 離成功並不太遠
