我住的地方到上課的地方很近
但是每天都要爬兩百多階的樓梯
一直爬樓梯 小腿肌會變大嗎
爬樓梯我覺得還好 只是有點累
下樓梯我覺得比較痛苦
因為膝蓋有受傷
每次下樓梯膝蓋都承受了很大的壓力
像這幾天 剛開學 很久沒有下這麼多階的樓梯
小腿肚覺得很酸
這會不會也是一個小腿肚變粗的原因阿
我有看過置底文 可是有人回說掂腳會瘦小腿 有人說會胖小腿
不知道到底哪個是正確的
還有另外一個問題就是我的小腹
之前有聽人說有些人的小腹 是因為肚子的肌肉沒力
我覺得我應該是屬於這種
因為我早上沒吃飯的時候 肚子算是平的
可是吃完飯以後 肚子就變成超大
偶爾的便秘也會有加乘效果
我想問肚子肌肉沒力 要做什麼運動
仰臥起坐嗎 還是有其他的
