我原本是159cm/50kg
自從工作之後,勞動體力的時間變長了(會走來走去+爬樓梯)
並且開始為了健康,飲食習慣有大改變,
每天中午晚餐都吃四菜便當(越來越愛吃菜了~!)
也不知不覺瘦了...可是說真的並不好看
不喜歡現在的樣子 159/46
前後差四公斤可是我的上半身從肉感變成肋骨明顯的骨感
裸體時看到鏡子裡的自己覺得好不營養...但其實每一餐都有吃飽
唯一開心的是大腿從19吋瘦到17.5吋
可是小腿一樣尺吋居然沒變!!!
雖然我上面說這些可能會讓人感覺炫耀
但我是真的很不喜歡沒有曲線的樣子
寧願肉一點但是有曲線
開始想要做重訓了...
