另補充(推文字太多 也感謝回文鼓勵的板友)
除BMI 另一數据大概在32-35上下
跑步的話,因為體重,我跑很慢 3000m 大概30min 今天4000m 大概45min
心跳可能在110-130上下/min
只求流汗 很怕太快 而傷膝蓋
減肥要找個人一起 運動更是 除打氣 更是互相洩氣求進步
還有打桌球 有pk的fu 可以投入
我之前有尿蛋白過高 脂肪肝更不用說
去看醫生 大概是體重引起的高血壓 造成蛋白尿
所以每日都有吃藥控制血壓
但是吶...藥物副作用之一 男性雄風受損
(肝 腎 血壓 外表 性生活 ..... )
想想才30歲 如果現在不減 大概就完蛋了 這次意志很強吶
水果(奇異果 火龍果 芭樂 ) 不要吃冰的 減胖勿吃麵食及薏仁
