我剛剛去跑回來了! 昨天是跑兩圈+健走,今天跑3圈+健走!接下來會慢慢加上去!
這樣應該不至於會傷害膝蓋了吧?@@
還有我的早餐:玉米片+牛奶
午餐:3菜+1主菜+1碗飯
晚餐:跟午餐一樣 OR 滷味(一塊麵+一塊豆乾+一塊培根+空心菜、金針菇
大陸妹各一份)
然後一天大概一杯飲料吧@@ 這樣有需要改進的地方嘛?
