最近想要每天晚上去附近的公園運動
大約是飯後1~2小時之後
但是因為沒有專門的運動衣服
所以每次出門運動都穿得很邋塌
大概就是白天穿的衣服 配上 一件運動長褲或是一般短褲
這樣可以嗎?
覺得這樣出門過程如果被鄰居看到好像有點不好意思(幾乎都租大學生的大樓)
還是說不要管那麼多, 就有穿衣服然後可以舒適運動就好了?
另外如果 1. 每天健走 2. 一三五健走 二四鄭多燕
大家推薦哪個?
