看到500卡,小弟這邊有個小小心得。
今年四月開始減肥,一開始也是亂減,拚老命運動,結食就對了
起初其實效果很強,但連帶的是精神不繼,動力不足
每每要運動前,都有氣無力。
到後來詳讀了一些版上的文章,開始計算卡路里
永遠只吃到基代附近,過水,清淡,原始食物等等
配合運動,這時效果其實也不錯,身體又健康
體脂肪也一路從20%一直到15%~16%
但前一陣子又卡關了,身體一直沒有變化
雖然運動習慣有維持,但也沒有變瘦,變壯,或變胖
直到看到貓大說了一篇有關於吃的想法,FITNESS就像呼吸
我才慢慢感覺到,"吃",的確很重要,卡路里計算也很重要
但不能走火入魔.......除了人生無聊外,並非長久之計
重要的是養成運動的習慣,跟適當的飲食,不會依賴重口味
但也不會成仙的只吃無味的食物(平均攝取各種毒素?)
最近就有進步了,開始吃多一點東西,雖然體重上升
我也感受到褲子似乎緊了一點點,但很明顯線條比之前更好了
光手臂就差很多,再者也吃得很開心XDDDDD
然後最爽的是,基礎代謝快到1700(穩定上去,不會掉上掉下)
可以再吃多一點!!!!然後體重多了1KG多,但體脂肪沒變多
整個就是超HIGH!!!!!
所以如果也有跟我一樣卡關的朋友,可以參考版娘,或是貓大等前輩的意見
有能量(食物)進到身體,身體才能夠生產(肌肉),體態才會更好
