如何勸人運動... - 健身

我的男友是個上班就是窩在電腦前的RD,
體重過重(175/95~10X),也有脂肪肝的問題,
為了他的身體健康著想,就希望他能減肥,
(一方面也私心的希望一起出門可以不要那麼顯眼)
一開始,他口頭上也信誓旦旦的說會做,
跟我商量說,他打算下班就去運動,所以陪我的時間就會變少,
只要他肯,這根本不是問題...我這樣回他,
前兩年,他買了租屋處附近泳池的月票,去年,報名了健身房,
可是都是差不多的下場,一開始去得很勤,後面去的頻率就越來越少了,
每次我要他去的時候,他總是這樣回我:
我白天工作很累,回到家都懶懶的,不想動了。
有鑑於這點,我去找了不少同為科技業RD,每天運動的例子給他看,
他總是說,別人做得到,不代表他也可以做到。
為了要他去運動這件事,軟的拜託、硬的哭鬧,都試過了...
如果有用,我也不會來這拜託大家幫忙了......
我也試過,我們兩個互相督促這種方法,一樣沒用 >"<
常常我鬧脾氣的時候,他還會說,有阿,都有在運動阿
睡前會做伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、弓箭步等等,
為了希望他運動的事,常常在吵架,吵到我都不太想去提了,
到底還有什麼辦法,可以讓他養成每天(甚至兩天一次都好)的運動習慣?
話說,他的飲食,我覺得也是一個問題,
蔬菜、水果吃很少,偏好肉類,晚餐時間也都在7、8點,有時9點多都有過...
(因為晚餐都是台北下班後,回桃園家中吃)
這問題實在困擾我多時了,還請版上的各位給小的我指點迷津,
感激不盡了!!
