然後剛剛我在做資源回收的時候發現一個好方法
可以鍛鍊到大腿內側的肌肉...
請你跟我這樣做:
1.拿一個空的寶特瓶(什麼都可以,不管是礦泉水還是可樂瓶都不會影響效果)
2.放到大腿中間
3.然後用力把它夾扁!!
4.停留十秒鐘...
5.再夾下一個!!
可以拯救地球同時又可以塑身
爸爸媽媽都會誇獎你哦
