目前身高:159.6 (必填)
目前體重: 51(必填)
BMI:20 (必填) (BMI<18.5請勿發文) BMI=體重/身高平方(單位公尺)
心得分享:
前幾天發過文...因為最近腳受傷不能追趕跑跳等激烈運動!!!
但是~減肥還是得持續~雖然一個禮拜前很想放水流XD
所以不能動+期中考大魔王所以只能從飲食下手!!!
早餐: 北海道鮮奶麥片+2片土司(一片有抹草莓果醬)+奇異果or
午餐:玉米起司蛋餅+綠茶or 起司但土司+紅茶or subway(蔬菜)+火龍果or葡萄
晚餐:奇異果+ 燙青菜or自助餐(3樣菜)+一片全麥吐司
水喝得很足夠至少超過2000!!!
雖然在某一天午餐偷偷吃過一盤炒飯...但晚餐就很認命燙青菜!!!
然後早上起床晚上洗澡前拉拉筋(大小腿.下壓.腳踏車.抬腿)
但在禮拜五早上站上體重計~壓逼~51!!!!!!!
瘦了2公斤~大腿縫隙也變大了...:)
超開心的(灑花)
只是假日時又大吃大喝可能還超過2000卡QQ (超放肆)
不過~決定明天起再繼續實施!!!
(我的腳阿~何時才要好...我想慢跑阿~這幾天那麼冷)
不知道這樣的菜單有沒有哪裡不恰當~
但總之~一口氣從53→51真的很開心!!!
