近一年來實在覺得跑步開始有點膩
決定以重訓後+(跑步、游泳、划船機)交互使用免得厭膩
但版上不知道有沒有常用划船機的朋友?
划船機20分鐘跟跑步20分鐘的效率感覺為何?
(寫20分鐘的原因是...划船機一次划二十分鐘真的就好累 orz)
