初學者一年增加10KG肌肉量 - 健身

今天看了馬尾哥的影片(其實是爬文才知道OMAR ISUF叫馬尾哥 XDD)
他說他健身的第一年從135lb(60.8KG)增重到215lb(96.7KG)
然後再花6個月的時間減脂到160lb(72KG),
減重後變72KG的體脂肪比他最瘦時還要少,
所以他大概是增加了11.2KG的肌肉量在開始健身一年半後,
想問一下沙灘的巨巨在一開始健身時有人也是這麼快增加這麼多肌肉量嗎?
想討論沒有使用禁藥的狀況
看了小弟覺得自己增肌速度好慢...
