這次的內容是針對初學者的臀腿訓練,包含一開始的暖身和肌肉啟動,有六個不同的訓練
動作會搭配超級組的模式來訓練,如果剛接觸動作有困難,未必要使用啞鈴,也可以利用
靠牆的方式降低難度。
訓練內容:
超級組:3組
高腳杯深蹲10下
每隻腳做原地的弓步各10下
超級組:3組
直腿羅馬尼亞硬舉10下
深蹲跳10下
超級組:3組
臀橋式10下
每隻腳做側弓步各10下
