梁文傑:用人體發電 全國健身房能抵得上一座電廠

北市議員梁文傑認為,如果用人體發電,那麼全臺健身房加起來也許可抵得上一座電廠。

空汙問題嚴重,嚴重危害民眾健康,臺中為了減低汙染,大砍火力發電廠的生煤使用量,
而高雄市長陳菊更認為興達電廠是空汙元兇之一,希望能提前除役,然而,這樣的作法卻
也讓臺灣的供電缺口可能雪上加霜。
北市議員梁文傑近日有感而發在他臉書po了一張健身房的照片,他寫道,每次到健身房時
都會覺得說因為吃太多,而到這裡消耗熱量,是一種荒謬的浪費。
如果健身房每臺運動的機器都能連接發電機,藉由人體動能來發電,「全國的健身房加起
來也許能抵得上一座電廠。」他表示,為了節能減碳,未來人類可以規定每天要發電二小
時。
對此,有網友也在po文底下留言說,「梁議員的理想太先進了」、「巴西監獄就已經有這
種設計了,只要受刑人以人力發電的方式踩腳踏車16個小時,就能夠為自己減刑1天。」
不過也有人舉例,一臺發電腳踏車,一天踩12小時,要踩八年才會回本,還沒算入壞掉維
修還有零件成本;但有人感嘆說,窮人哪有什麼時間和金錢去健身房運動。
