這次的內容是針對訓練前的暖身說明,靜態伸展比較適合在運動後進行,不適合在運動前
,因為這時因為靜態伸展的額外活動範圍,會讓你不熟悉原本的動作模式,讓動作不能像
平常一樣有效率的完成,因此建議在運動後再利用靜態伸展,伸展肌肉並改善柔軟度,如
果要在運動前靜態伸展,建議在訓練開始前,先用輕重量熟悉今天的訓練動作,藉此重新
熟悉動作模式。
