我的營養師給我一個最簡單的建議:
「避開油、什麼都吃、甜食偶而、少多糖飲料」
簡單的說
如果是用運動的方式減肥
我們真的不需要很在意哪一樣水果熱量高一點點
哪一種肉要避開不吃、甜食都不能碰
飲食的原則是均衡、適 (少) 量而不是處處閃躲
君不見最近燕麥新聞嚇死不少人
但我隨便寫也可以寫出很多來
"每天吃一桶冰淇淋相當於吃十匙沙拉油"
"每天吃紅肉心血管疾病會高出一般人五十倍"
"每天喝啤酒每週約胖五公斤"
問題是哪有可能每天 "只" 吃喝這些東西??
講難聽
避來避去的飲食只是給懶惰不做功課跟運動的減肥者使用吧 :p
