不好意思唷~
我已經有很徹底的爬過置底文!
也有去算過自己的體脂肪率跟基代~
不過就在我去算基代的時候,
看到有人說如果吃的比基代少的話就可以累積減肥基金,
如果累積越多加上持續越久就可以達到減重效果。
EX:一個女生的基代算出來是1400卡,如果一天只吃1200卡,
就等於累積了200卡的減肥基金,7700/200=38.5
(所以39天就瘦一公斤,一公斤=7700卡)
各位應該可以理解我的意思吧!!!呵呵...
不過我看置底文卻是寫 一天總消耗量>所攝取的熱量>基代
所以我看到的例子是跟置底文相反的意思嗎??
因為置底教我們要吃超過基代,才瘦得健康,
否則容易有溜溜球效應或復胖。
那我剛剛看到的文章(知識+)指的是餓瘦的嗎??
可以請各位幫我解惑一下嗎?

P.S. 如果晚餐過後去 "散步" 幫助消化,效果會不會比 "快走" 來的差呢???
因為我之前暑徦有去練過瑜珈,才發現我真的是都不動才瘦不下來。
不過這次暑假可能沒這麼多時間去練瑜珈,所以才想到要在晚餐後散步或快走!!!
