其實基礎代謝的問題永遠都在不停的循環
化成簡單一點的概念:
你要運動,只吃剛好的話
根本運動也沒效,吃多了才有力氣
吃對了才會減肥後長肉
雖然我講這句話會很不厚道,但...
老是只吃一點點的麻煩乾脆就不要運動了
因為一定沒幾天就累了然後就放棄了。
