從以前就有駝背的壞習慣(坐著)
結果胸部下面還出現皺紋
好久好久都消不掉..
可是每次下定決心要抬頭挺胸
都一下子就覺得好累,又恢復駝背的姿勢
不知道這跟我有腰椎間盤突出有沒有關係
我站超過30分鐘就會開始腰痛
順便想問一下
之前有檢查出來有纖維囊腫
但是我又想要豐胸
有查過不能吃豐胸產品
黃豆粉,豆漿好像也不行
是會影響很大嗎?
