平時活動量:工作時需站立或走動約3-4小時
我在國中時期至大學時期體重便起起伏伏
最胖曾達到58公斤
婦產科醫師曾告訴我我的骨盆(前傾?後傾?記憶力不好)
加上站姿不良 所以一直有個大大的大腹
大學畢業前突然想讓自己瘦ㄧ點 採取飲食減量的方式
ㄧ年內瘦了8公斤 (我實在很愛吃 無法節食)
工作後持續的維持著小鳥食量 偶爾聚餐也會大吃大喝一番
這期間偶爾也會去跳有氧 但維持約3-4個月就發懶
曾經ㄧ度瘦到47kg 不過都是吃很少才有辦法維持
就這樣斷斷續續 約在3年多前開始越吃月正常 然後胖到如今這個體重
體重我小小在意 更在意的是體型已經成為標準的西洋梨
但因為右腳膝蓋曾出車禍撞擊過3次 無法進行激烈的運動
目前是每天跳半小時鄭多燕 隔天就跑+走半小時
飲食的話三餐從吃到很飽 盡量是維持7分飽 (但貪嘴時仍會多吃很多口)
飲水量約1500-2000cc
開始運動到現在2個星期整 但沒看到體型有任何變化
我在想是否強度不夠??
請各位達人給予我ㄧ些建議,感謝!
