我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
因為工作關係常常會吃外食,雖然有盡量挑均衡的食物但還是覺得自己估算的熱量很不準。
常年爬文覺得好像不管吃太多或是吃太少,都會讓體重瘦不下來,所以有點不知道吃都量應
我自己有用感覺嘗試修改(刻意多吃一個點心或是吃的份量減少)但不管多吃少吃體重都沒有
