前十字韌帶斷裂的復健 - 健身

3月的時候運動傷害造成前十字韌帶斷裂
第一個月基本上都待在家沒有走動
接下來出門就拿拐杖加有支撐的護膝
第三個月開始就沒使用拐杖了
第六個月後連護膝都不需要了
快走和小跑步也都還可以
不過不敢蹲下就是了
也不敢搭大眾運輸
因為工作因素目前還沒有辦法開刀
醫生說可以先復健強化肌群再開刀也是可以
想請問有沒有過來人可以提供復健上的建議?
或是有推薦的物理治療師或教練?
