前臂無力的問題 - 健身

小弟我開始健身三個月多一點了
之前都是胸背一天 腿一天 肩二三頭一天
臥推從空槓推不起來現在一邊25磅8rm3組
深蹲從自重很吃力現在一邊35磅6rm三組
還是很弱 但也是蠻有成就感的
現在遇到問題了 上禮拜嘗試了一天只練一個部位
原本是
槓鈴握推 槓鈴划船 啞鈴臥推 啞鈴划船
現在理想中的計劃是一天只練胸 像是:
槓鈴臥推 上胸啞鈴臥推 機械式的下胸推
可是問題來了,新的菜單我只做完上胸啞鈴臥推
前臂就沒力了,以前胸背胸背都沒有這個問題啊@@。
想請教各位巨巨該怎麼辦呢?
