前鉅肌的訓練動作有哪些? - 健身

自己觀察自己的身體,這一年半練下來,
有一點胸肌也有一點腹肌的雛形,
可是很詭異的是,胸肌跟腹肌是凸出來了的,
但是前鉅肌那一塊幾乎沒肉,好像只剩下皮一樣。
所以想問大家,若要練前鉅肌,會做哪些動作 ?
另外,最近增重有些成效,短短十天重了1.5KG左右
(目前175/54)
不過,可能是我都靠小籠湯包加餐吧,
所以是胖在肚子...
(這也很神奇,以前不論如何努力增重都沒有成效,
今年身體居然會吸收了? 果然逼近中年。)
所以想改用壽司加餐,因為壽司都是飯做的,
應該碳水化合物比較充分,不知道大家的意見是 ?
