剛生完第二胎,請幫我~ - 健身

早餐:5:00am-7:00am 米粉湯 (清湯料理)
或是美而美的吐司蛋+溫鮮奶茶
午餐:無,餓了偶爾買個三明治或是御飯糰吃
晚餐:下午5:00pm開飯,通常都吃家裡的家常飯菜,白飯只吃半碗
其他:生產前很常跟老公出 去吃大餐, 一星期一次
吃到飽、麻辣鍋、燒烤都是我們常吃的
但現在二寶出生了有兩個月沒出去吃大餐
還有最近愛上了50嵐的烏龍拿鐵(烏龍茶+林鳳營鮮奶)
我都喝無糖,幾乎每天一杯
水喝不多,每天大約才喝1500c.c.
目前還有在餵母乳
日常作息時間:
每天晚上9點入寢
凌晨1點半起床,2點上班 (凌晨工作者)
工作到早上7點回家,9點前再睡回籠覺睡到下午1點 (因此中餐沒吃)
晚餐大都是5點吃,7點半送孩子去保母家後順道買一杯50嵐
然後9點上床睡覺
生活型態:市場工作人員,凌晨工作者
運動習慣:
生大寶體重飆高胖了25kg,做完月子65kg,之後靠著快走運動瘦到55kg
現在生完二寶體重也是63,剛生完大寶時差不多
但體態明顯不同,在想可能是之前都有運動習慣
最常做的運動是用跑步機快走,速度才用5,走30-40分,一周3-5天
差不多是10分鐘1公里,心跳數應該有到120-130
我知道這樣的速度在板上來說很慢,但這是我的極限
不知跟有地中海貧血體力較差有關?
我的問題:因為剛生產完,體脂高達38%,不知道這樣的數據對於剛生產完的婦女健不健康?
也不知道主要問題是出在哪裡,肚子還是好大一個,感覺都是脂肪
好希望趕快恢復之前的身材呀><
