小弟有爬文,但是真的沒有什麼頭緒,希望學長們可以給我一些建議。
178/70 24y. 體脂肪約21%左右,以前不愛動,但自從檢查出有些微脂肪肝,下定決心改變自己的生活習慣。
目標是,穿衣服可以好看,穿出線條感,沒有要練大肌肉。
有些問題想請教,請學長賜教!
1.開始運動2個月了,每天固定跑3000,重訓憑感覺在做,只做槓鈴臥推,啞鈴,深蹲,仰臥起做這三項。
重訓的菜單該怎麼安排呢?
2.目前飲食我有稍微控制,盡量不吃油炸類,但是一樣什麼就吃。
如果要衝刺肌肉量,該怎麼用餐呢?
3.高蛋白的選擇,因為太多牌子,摸不著頭緒。
