其他:一週一回零食 大概就一罐品客
日常作息時間:早上五點半~晚上十點 (有時有夜哨 中午午休一小半)
生活型態:阿兵哥
運動習慣:1.單槓20下 (與肩同寬10下 休息後 在拉窄的10下
2.滾輪 兩膝及地20下 2回
我的問題:
想再退伍前瘦到60公斤 且單槓可一次拉20下
然後腹肌和人魚線
可以不用在很冷或想打噴嚏或是肚子很用力的時候才出來和我打招呼
