晚上運動完飲食 - 健身

因為球隊(女籃)晚上練球 常常從六點一路練到九點半
練球內容大致上是跑快攻,打全場友誼賽,練肌力之類的組合 頗操 感覺都是無氧運動
如果已經吃過晚餐 但練球完肚子還是會餓的話
該吃什麼或補充什麼營養?
那如果肚子不餓的話 是不是就可以不用吃了?
