剛剛開始減肥(外食族) - 健身

體重:62.4
BMI:20.84
體脂率:4/22 34.9
4/30 33.5
學校健康中心量的,其他人都在正常範圍(18~24) 所以我猜誤差不大Orz
我也蠻好奇我的體脂怎麼那麼高
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:培根/雞絲蛋餅、飯糰、蘿蔔糕+蛋 以上三種不一定
偶爾會加豆米漿、豆奶茶(因為是學校餐廳裝好的,都有糖T__T)
午餐:一碗麵、8個水餃/煎餃+湯(八方雲集)、大亨堡、關東煮、秤重素食300g菜+飯
以上不一定,但是因為早餐都蠻晚吃的(9.10點),通常午餐不餓我就不會吃..
不是為了節食減肥,是真的吃不下,到了3點多又會餓,所以有下午茶(?
想順便問一下這樣會不會不健康...還是午餐一定要吃呢><
下午茶:大亨堡、關東煮、鬆餅
不會每天都吃,有時候約3點半吃過後,晚餐就不吃或秤重素食150g菜+飯
晚餐:同午餐,如果有運動很餓的話會買便當
其他:偶爾會吃消夜(7-11關東煮、微波的辣味炸雞球、一包海苔)
之前幾乎每天一杯飲料(半糖紅茶、半糖冬瓜烏龍,皆不加料)
目前努力減少,現在約3.5杯/周Orz
日常作息時間:睡覺時間: 01:30~02:30 不一定,有考試會更晚
起床時間: 08:20~09:20
偶爾會睡午覺
生活型態:學生 (住宿舍,只能吃學生餐廳)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
1.慢跑 心跳約160、持續20分鐘
2.騎腳踏車(像x-bike那種健身房有的) 心跳150↑、持續25~30分鐘
目前是這兩種擇一,慢跑完有時候會連續騎腳踏車10分鐘,心跳維持150左右
每次努力多增加一點時間Orz
平均 約4次/週
我的問題:
大概2周前發現這個溫暖的版XD
原本只是覺得自己臀、腿太粗想瘦,結果去量體脂才發現不對了
自己爬文摸索運動方式,並且增加去健身房的次數
因為才剛剛開始,想說先養成運動習慣,而飲食只要不是餐餐大魚大肉,先不做調整
今天去量第二次(雖然才一周,我知道很短),不過體脂降了一點蠻開心的
後來想一想,還是把我的計畫PO上來問一下專業的大家(&板娘大哥XD)好了
請問如果不調整飲食,持續運動會有效果嗎?
因為想說飲食不變心情也會愉快XD
還是最好是飲食運動雙管齊下呢>__< ?
不過外食的選擇好少QQ
