力量上升,但體脂跟肉量都變差了 - 健身

小弟從八月開始跑531力量課表
一個禮拜三練
臥推77.5->95
硬舉115->140
深蹲130->150
肩推因為之前受傷就沒有特別練
力量上升是滿意的
飲食並沒有特別調整
跟平常吃的差不多
8月的時候inbody如下

前幾天1rm週跑完
又去量了一次inbody

結果體脂肪不但上升了5%
肌肉量也掉了3.2
我之前的飲食大概是
早餐:一個燒餅夾蛋 然後裡面包很多生菜再加一杯乳清
午餐:自己煮的便當,菜量不一定,但基本上都有30g蛋白
晚餐:有時候下班就公司附近便當吃一吃
回家再喝一杯乳清
是因為蛋白質不夠,導致肌肉量掉嗎?
我這樣算是正常嗎?
肉量掉但是力量卻上升了
我現在應該邊減脂然後跑肌肥大課表嗎?
