各位巨巨好
小弟剛滿三十 以前訓練以健力目標為主
S/B/D 的pr約為150/100/200
最近幾個月因家中幼嬰誕生、大寶上幼稚園
導致訓練時間驟減
從前一個月可以練上10~15天
最近兩個月只剩每月5、6天
目前訓練主項目以金字塔型為主
依照當天狀況去盡量去接近自己的pr
第二個訓練項目仍是退階主項目(如暫停式臥推等)
練到第三個項目感覺就已經快沒力了
訓練量跟以前比起來漸漸衰退
想請教各位巨巨
如何運用少量的訓練日期去維持力量?
平日照顧幼嬰的時候用點彈力繩會有幫助嗎?
