斷斷續續快走(跑步機速度6)已經有2個月了,後腰.臀部.大腿根部都有瘦下來
我的快走姿勢是大步走,腿往後拉時盡量打直,感覺到屁股夾緊
但我想要再更近一部雕塑下半身,姿勢是否有可以加強的地方?
