看了很多板上的文章,綜合心裡的想法與憧憬
想和正在努力瘦身瘦腿的人說聲:
【加油阿!!!!不到最後一刻,都不要放棄】
我自己也正在為瘦腿而奮鬥著
推著我的動力是:自己的期許、另一伴的喜好、不甘心的意念
為什麼會不甘心呢?
我相信很多人都聽過腿跟"基因"有關
儘管如此還是想努力奮鬥看看,不然就只能如此認命了嗎
我腿不是到很粗,但就不細,由於我身高不高,上半身很瘦
所以顯得下半身壯碩顯得不協調
OS沒胸又沒腿真的很桑心阿各位(泣
平常一直都有運動的習慣,小時候也是田徑短跑的選手
但當時不懂得運動後拉筋(不知道是不是這個原因,腿變很粗
一直到大學畢業後因為各種原因,才意識到要努力瘦腿
從開始認真瘦腿到現在約一年了
說實話對現在的腿還是不滿意
雖然有瘦了,但離心中範本還很遠阿(各種因素就不說了
我的腿算是脂肪肌肉混和型(目前體脂率17.5,身高153,體重40)
或許有人會想,這樣的體重會胖在哪呢,沒錯!!!就是全部黏在腿上
看著平坦的胸部和肋骨,我深深的懷疑這體脂率是.....腿包下來了嘛?
((客官們想像一下上半身很瘦,然後下半身比例不對阿))重點還不高
另外我沒有腳踝,腳踝很粗,導致讓人覺得小腿完全不細

嘗試過的方法有很多種
1.按摩→感覺按摩還是多少有差
2.中醫針灸埋線→我都配合著運動,大腿個人覺得有效
至於小腿的部分,我的中醫師沒有在埋小腿,所以有點可惜
3.各種運動→每天固定騎腳踏車(我都倒著踩,踩完拉筋
睡前抬腿(側抬腿+踩車輪+剪刀腳+睡前靠牆抬腿)
一週會找個一兩天去快走
4.肉毒→如果你是一顆肌肉在那的話蠻有效的,但我是整條都有點壯,看起來效果還好
5.每天都要拉筋→把肌肉線條拉長(需長久抗戰
6.飲食部分:不吃油膩、油炸,晚餐不吃太多(如果你運動量很大是還好

以上,不知道版上的各位有沒有其他方式呢(或瘦小腿
越努力到最後越有撞牆期
有時自己也很挫折
但還是想說,大家一起努力阿!!!
