半年來體重不變 - 減肥

小弟約半年前被一些工作大哥大嬸笑小胖子
加上一些私人因素
決心想練減肥 看自已毅力能到什麼程度
身高168 體重69
因為工作時間長已經約兩年沒運動...(其實就是懶惰的胖子)
一開始先跳跳鄭多燕 找回一些運動感 一跳就..悲劇
酸痛導致第一個月 幾乎跳一休四阿 ...
後續開始慢慢養成運動習慣後 漸漸挑戰一些版友推薦影片來做室內有氧運動
前幾天 心血來潮 去了康是美 量體重 發現體重65.5 體脂17.7%
這樣算是減肥有功效了嗎
