日本的減肥法大多從早餐下手,「減肥瘦身筆記本」之前就介紹過日本的奇異果早餐減肥法、香蕉早餐減肥法、無糖豆漿早餐減肥法、礦物質豆漿早餐減肥法等等林林總總,總而言之,這歸納出最重要的一點,那就是吃早餐可以減肥。
最新的一種早餐減肥法,可不是隨隨便便的網路作家突然瘦下來之後而出的書,作者是日本非常知名的石原結實醫生,他的重點就是人的體溫要隨時保持在比較高溫的狀態促進新陳代謝,而且體溫只要高1度C,體重就能夠減少12%。
石原結實為了提高大家的體溫、促進血液循環,之前已經寫過「生薑力」這本書了,鼓勵大家多喝薑紅茶、薑茶、梅醬粗茶,或者外用以生薑熱敷、多泡生薑浴。現在他繼續將體溫與體重結合,繼續鼓勵大家早餐多喝薑茶、薑湯,就是要你體溫高。
為了讓體溫總早就開始比別人高一點,石原結實醫師建議大家早餐吃清淡一點,然後就開始喝加了薑的紅茶,不但可以溫熱身體、提高新陳代謝的速度,同時也可以排出身體不必要的水份、消除浮腫,降低身體內的濕氣。一旦體內多餘的水份(水腫)排除了之後,石原結實相信體內的脂肪與多餘廢物就會被身體燃燒,不但排泄會好轉,同時脂肪也會減少,體重就慢慢變輕。
石原結實建議大家如果要用這種方法減肥,每天要喝2到6杯薑紅茶,最好在餐前飲用,如果一開始喝不習慣, 可以加入紅糖或者蜂蜜。「減肥瘦身筆記本」認為,台灣人甚至可以直接買薑糖來泡也可以。如果要長期用這種方法減肥,初級可以早餐只喝薑茶,午餐吃八分飽,晚餐可以正常飲食。
這種減肥法最特殊的一點,就是以增加體溫為目標,特別是在冬天,每天早上身體感覺溫熱出門,就算沒有變瘦,心情也會特別愉快!
